This is Mah Jong converted to cards. It is a much more accessible format with a very clear rulebook that adds hand types in a programmed fashion. It plays a lot like Rummy with special cards and a lot of special hands. Unlike Mah Jong, Mhing scales well from 2 to 6 players.
