Rules are included for: electricity, managers, art, exhibitions, trade between players, polder terrain, cities, quick start, fundamental research, planes, trains, and bombs.
& Cetera contains all the rules and material previously published as Planes & Trains, plus a lot more, and is compatible with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th edition base game.
