Are you ready to be Keeper of the Royal Menagerie? We'll find out in Lorepets when you compete against other contenders to find out who can catch the most critters. To set up, deal ten different lorepets from the deck of eighty tiles face up into the central menagerie, shuffling duplicates back into the deck. Each of these tiles counts as a stack. Remove ten tiles from the game without looking at them, then deal each player a hand of six tiles, setting the rest down as a deck. On a turn, each player chooses and reveals a tile from their hand simultaneously. If more than one player reveals the same type of lorepet, take all of these revealed tiles and start a new stack in the menagerie (or add them to an existing stack). If you are the only player to reveal a type of lorepet, take a stack of this type from either the menagerie or another player, add your tile to that stack, then place it in front of you. Refill players' hands to six tiles. Keeping playing until no one has tiles in hand. All players compile their stacks into a single pile. Whoever has the tallest pile wins.
